Role & responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the relevant department. Maintain a well-organized office. Maintain the house keeping staffs. Assist the procurement team for invoice processing. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings. Assist in handling administrative tasks like documentation and filing. Maintain and update records related to construction projects. Manage office supplies, inventory, and stationery requirements. Liaise between clients, engineers, site managers, and management. Maintain entry logs and oversee visitor check-ins and check-outs. Handle courier services, postal duties, and document dispatch. Support event planning for company meetings, training sessions, and celebrations. Address and resolve any front office-related issues or concerns. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the management.
