Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team at the Godwin Hotel & Resort. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, such as guest feedback and room assignments.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is an asset.
  • A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
