Purpose of Role

The Front Office Executive will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, students, and guests, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and efficient front desk experience. To create a positive first impression, facilitate smooth communication and coordination, maintain an organized and efficient front office environment.

Front Office Executive - Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations

  • Greet and assist visitors, parents, students, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
  • Oversee visitor registration, ID verification, and sign-in procedures (as per school policy)
  • Handling appointments.

Admissions

  • Support admissions department
  • Assist during enrolment and verify student documents.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • 2 to 3 yrs of experience as Front Office Executive.
  • Pleasing personality, Confident and prompt
  • Bachelors degree in hospitality management, Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and data management skills.
  • Multilingual fluency (especially English, Hindi, and regional language)
  • Confident and pleasant phone & in-person etiquette
  • Ensure all the safeguarding norms are being followed by all the visitors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and school management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively with multiple teams.
  • Prior experience in school.
  • Experience in front office or customer-facing administrative functions
