Greeting and Reception: Welcoming visitors and clients with a professional and courteous demeanor. Managing the flow of visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Communication and Administrative Tasks: Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails. Scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining calendars. Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Receiving and distributing mail, coordinating deliveries, and managing office supplies. Other Duties: Maintaining records and logs, including visitor logs and attendance records. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front office. Skills Required: Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, visitors, and colleagues. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain a well-organized workspace. Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software. Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
