Roles and Responsibilities Manage front office operations, ensuring a smooth flow of communication between departments. Handle incoming calls, respond to queries, and direct them to relevant personnel. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery. Perform receptionist activities such as greeting visitors, handling mail, and maintaining office supplies. Desired Candidate Profile Proficiency in telephone operating systems and basic computer applications like MS Office Suite (Word, Excel). Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English language Strong knowledge of telephone operating systems and basic computer applications. 5-10 years of experience in a similar role (front office executive).
