Job Description : Greeting ,welcoming and providing information to the visitors, guests, and clients in a professional and friendly manner. Answer all incoming calls, redirect them and take accurate messages as required. Managing and scheduling appointments, meetings etc. Providing general administrative support to HR and various departments as needed. Adhering to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Keep updated records and files. Shift : Monday to Saturday 10am to 6.30pm Eligiblity : Any degree with good command over English and Tamil language. Basic knowledge in MS Excel 2-4 years Experience in the relevant position Immediate Joiner Being able to speak in any regional language will be beneficial.
