Job Description

Job Description: 1. Reception & Customer Service: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors professionally. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments. Provide information about the company and its services. 2. Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain a neat and organized reception area. 3. Coordination & Communication: Schedule meetings and appointments. Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations. Assist HR and administration in employee on boarding processes. 4. Record Keeping & Data Management: Maintain and update visitor logs and other relevant databases. Keep track of inquiries and follow up as necessary. Handle basic data entry and filing tasks. 5. General Office Support: Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols at the front desk. Assist in organizing company events and meetings. Candidate profile: Bachelor's degree or diploma in administration, business management, or a related field (preferred). 2-5 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in the construction industry. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) . Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is mandatory. Female candidates preferred.
