Front Office Executive

We are looking for a pleasant Front Office Executive | Golf Operation to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the front desk of our Gold Club - Pinewoods Golf Course (https://www.pinewoodsgolfclub.com/). You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. The candidate should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

Job Role - Front Office Executive

• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
• Greet and welcome guest
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Receive letters, packages etc.
• Respond to incoming emails / prepare outgoing mail etc…
• Check, sort and forward emails
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Keep updated records and files | Maintaining Guest / Member Data base
• Supervising Golf course
• Monitor office expenses and costs
• Pitching the Membership to prospects
• Take up other duties as assigned.
• Managing the Golf academy- Daily operations
• Handling Golf Pro-shop operation

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as front desk executive, agent or relevant position.
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. printer etc.)
• Knowledge of office management
• Proficient in English (oral and written) and Hindi
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Customer service orientation

Job Location

Designation & Remuneration: Will be allotted based on the candidate’s experience and previous designation.

Office Timing: Tuesday to Sunday 6.30 am to 3.30 pm or 1.00 pm to 9.00 pm (Monday will be a weekly Holiday) (Note – The shift timings will be changing every week).
