Job Summary: The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors, students, and parents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to multitask. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing the front desk area, handling phone calls, responding to emails, and performing administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents - Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized - Handle phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Respond to emails and queries from students, parents, and staff - Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying - Maintain records and databases as required - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery - Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Friendly and approachable demeanor - Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
