Front Office Executive

As a Gym Front Desk Executive, you will be the face of the gym, playing a crucial role in ensuring a top-notch experience for members, potential members, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include enrolling new members, greeting guests, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling various administrative tasks to keep the gym operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell memberships to potential clients, as well as upsell renewals and upgrades to existing members - Possess in-depth knowledge of gym products, pricing, and promotions for effective membership sales - Deliver exceptional customer service to all individuals using the facility - Assist in enrolling new members and addressing current members" queries - Welcome and check-in gym users at the reception area - Maintain accurate membership records and update software regularly - Register prospective members and direct them to the appropriate person - Provide information on classes and their availability - Ensure reception area is well-stocked with necessary information materials - Manage telephone inquiries, take messages, and transfer calls efficiently - Keep the front desk area clean and organized Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in the gym/fitness industry - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and motivational approach - Positive and professional demeanor - Excellent communication abilities In terms of work timings, the candidate should be prepared to work during the following shifts: - Morning: 6 am to 3 pm - Evening: 1 pm to 10 pm If you are interested in this position, please reach out at 76819-65926.
