Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner. Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Schedule meetings, coordinate conference room bookings, and maintain visitor logs. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Maintain and update employee and visitor access records. Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Assist HR and Admin teams with on boarding support and event coordination. Coordinate with IT and facilities for maintenance and office supply management. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
