Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in front office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Greet and welcome guests/visitors professionally.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
Handle front office administration duties including reception, visitor management, and scheduling meetings.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries efficiently.
Schedule meetings and appointments accurately.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in front office administration or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR / Recruitment / Administration / IR / Training & Development / Operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using various software applications.
Experience working in a similar role is an asset.
Qualification: I.T.I., B.Arch, M.Tech, Diplomate of National Board.
