Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Coordinate with email and social platforms to ensure seamless communication.
Schedule appointments with corporate clients across India.
Manage front office/reception duties, including ticketing and hotel bookings.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications are an asset.
Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Good personality and ability to work well under pressure.
Experience in handling front desk operations, including receptionist duties and administration tasks.
Knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications.
Familiarity with MIS reporting and data analysis is desirable.
