Job Description:

Baashyaam Group, a leading real estate and construction company based in Chennai, is looking for a dynamic and presentable Front Office Executive to be the face of our organization at our offices located in T. Nagar and Thoraipakkam.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests and clients with a positive and professional attitude.
Manage the front desk, handle incoming calls, and route them appropriately.
Maintain visitor logs, issue badges, and ensure proper sign-in procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier and correspondence.
Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks when required.
Handle meeting room bookings and maintain cleanliness of the reception area.
Maintain records and documents as per office protocol.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a front office or administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good command over English communication, both written and verbal.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Baashyaam Office, T. Nagar, Chennai
Baashyaam Office, Thoraipakkam, Chennai

Salary:

As per industry standards (based on experience and performance).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
