Office Administration & Coordination

• Oversee

  supplies, stationery & pantry

• Liaise with vendors, housekeeping & facility teams.
• Ensure proper documentation, expense tracking & vendor payments.

HR & Employee Support

• Support HR with

  attendance, documentation & onboarding

• Help maintain a positive work culture and office discipline.

Meetings, Calendar & Logistics

• Manage

  meeting room scheduling & coordination

• Handle

  courier & logistics

  , including order dispatch support.
