Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest preferences accurately.
Maintain guest records, billing, and payments through the PMS system.
Respond promptly to guest queries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations.
Maintain the front desk area in a professional, organized manner.
Assist with guest feedback collection and ensure high satisfaction scores.
Uphold Skyla’s brand values of Hospitality, Integrity, and Excellence.

Desired Skills & Qualities

Pleasant personality with strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred).
Knowledge of hotel management systems (like IDS, Opera, or equivalent).
Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure and multitasking.
Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
Team player with a proactive approach.

Educational Qualification

Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality.
Freshers with good communication and grooming may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
