Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Associate to join our team at Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports, such as guest information and transactional data.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of front office software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the organization's success.
