Roles and Responsibilities Process all guest check-ins & check-outs verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room key. Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements. Process all payment types,paid-outs, and charges.Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift. Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest or member reports of theft. Develop/maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals; Listen and respond appropriately to members concerns Follow club policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Ensure personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect club assets. Welcome and acknowledge guests & members anticipate and address members service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank members with genuine appreciation. Speak using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Desired Candidate Profile Should be a pleasant personality, an Enthusiastic & Energetic Should have good verbal & written communication and Interpersonal Skills Knowledge of Billing & MS OFFICE software will be preferred Willing to work on rotational shifts.
