Front-End Admin Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates entering the office.
  • Maintain the visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Manage reception area cleanliness and ensure it is presentable at all times.
  • Handle daily office administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain and update vendor contact lists, and office directories.
  • Support HR and Operations teams with admin coordination, data entry, and basic documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, notices, and basic communication drafts.
  • Manage courier services incoming and outgoing.
  • Coordinate with vendors for stationery, pantry, housekeeping, and facility requirements.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when required.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment like printers, scanners, etc.
  • Support new-joiner onboarding by preparing welcome kits and coordinating documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
  • Ensure proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and administrative records. Manage the expense sheet on regular basis.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and approachable attitude at all times.
  • Resolve inquiries promptly and escalate concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
