Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Assistant to join our team at BizNote l By Pride, located in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, including reception, reservation, and concierge services.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction history.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle complex issues efficiently.
