Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Assistant at Hotel Midcity, located in Vijayawada. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting guests upon arrival, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing clerical and administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role demands professionalism, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to assist with guest inquiries to maintain exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills and outstanding Phone Etiquette for engaging with guests and addressing their needs effectively
Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations
Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for handling documentation and maintaining records with accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
Proficiency in office software and familiarity with front desk systems is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is advantageous
