Role & responsibilities Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Handle office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office is fully stocked and organized. Assist with maintaining office cleanliness and ensuring the front office area is always presentable. Provide general administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, and document management. Help coordinate internal and external communications and meetings. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as requested. Support event coordination and assist with organizing company meetings or team-building activities.
