Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them to respective stake holders
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Maintaining the Employee Movement Records.
  • Monitoring & Maintaining record of Employee Entry.
  • Assisting in other HR activities like coordination of interview process and Time Management.
  • Coordinate closely with Admin Team for basic office activities
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)

Preferred candidate profile

  • Should be Graduate
  • Good knowledge of EPBAX system, MS Office.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities without compromising quality
  • Detail oriented and good at coordination
  • Flexible to business needs and extended hours when required
