Responsibilities: Craft Exceptional User Interfaces: Develop and maintain high-quality web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience across all devices. Bring Designs to Life: Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect designs, translating wireframes and mock ups into clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Optimize for Performance: Ensure optimal web page performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes. Enhance Interactivity: Utilize jQuery for DOM manipulation, event handling, and animations to create dynamic and interactive user experiences. Ensure Cross-Browser Compatibility: Implement solutions that guarantee seamless functionality across all major web browsers. Problem-Solve and Debug: Effectively troubleshoot and debug front-end issues to enhance functionality and performance, leveraging browser developer tools. Collaborate and Communicate: Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality, consistency, and maintainability. Integrate with Development Teams: Work closely with the Solution Development Team, integrating designed pages into enterprise and SaaS applications within IDEs like Visual Studio. Clear Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development process. Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (B.E. / B.Tech / UG) or Master's degree (PG) in Computer Science or a related field. Proven Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a UI Developer with strong hands-on expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Responsive Design Expertise: Deep understanding and practical experience in responsive web design. Advanced CSS Skills: Mastery of CSS layouts (Flexbox, CSS Grid) and advanced positioning techniques. CSS Preprocessor Experience: Experience with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less. JavaScript Proficiency: Strong knowledge of JavaScript libraries and jQuery plugins, and experience with a modern JavaScript framework like React, Angular, or Vue.js. API Integration: Ability to consume RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous operations using JavaScript (AJAX, Fetch). CSS Frameworks: Experience with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar. Version Control: Proficiency with Git version control. Testing Experience: Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress. UI/UX Understanding: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to translate design wireframes into high-quality interfaces. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills using browser developer tools. Cross-Browser Compatibility: Understanding of and solutions for cross-browser compatibility issues. Performance Optimization: Knowledge of web performance optimization and page load speed improvements. SEO Best Practices: Understanding of SEO best practices for front-end development. Visual Studio Integration: Experience integrating UI designs into Visual Studio projects, and working with C# based backend code. SaaS Experience: Experience working on large-scale SaaS applications. Accessibility Knowledge: Knowledge of web accessibility guidelines (WCAG). Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new technologies quickly.
