Qualifications: Education: B.Tech/B.E/BCA or equivalent degree. Technical Skills: Core Technologies: ReactJS, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap. UI/UX Design: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles with the ability to create original graphic designs. Design Tools: Proficient in wireframing tools and design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Troubleshooting: Skilled at identifying and resolving UX issues, particularly in terms of responsiveness. Key Responsibilities: Building React Applications: Proficient in React core concepts such as components, JSX, state management, and hooks. Experience with popular React libraries and tools (e.g., Redux, React Router). Ability to build complex and interactive user interfaces using React. Developing and Maintaining User Interfaces: Create and maintain visually appealing and functional user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience. Optimizing Website Performance: Implement best practices for website performance optimization, ensuring faster load times and smoother interactions. Testing and Debugging: Thoroughly test and debug applications to ensure quality and efficiency. Understanding Node.js Basics: Familiarity with Node.js to work on full-stack integration and backend communication as needed. Identifying and Resolving Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption in project timelines. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in front-end development, preferably with hands-on experience in ReactJS and UI/UX design.
