Front End Developer (React JS)

As a UI/UX Developer at vConstruct, a Pune based Construction Technology company, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js. You will collaborate with designers and product teams to translate UI/UX designs into functional components and optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. Additionally, you will work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow, while staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development and UI/UX design. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js. - Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API) for predictable and maintainable application state. - Design and follow React architecture best practices, including component-based design, hooks, and modular code structure. - Collaborate with designers and product teams to translate UI/UX designs into functional components. - Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. - Implement reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. - Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow. - Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain high code quality standards. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development and UI/UX design. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development. - Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. - Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). - Proficient working knowledge in state management (Redux, Context API). - Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards. - Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON. - Understanding of version control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps). - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Good to have C#, ASP.NET, SQL, SharePoint, and Azure knowledge. - Good to have experience with developing and deploying solutions for Azure. - Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, including the ability to communicate complex, technological concepts clearly to all levels of the organization.
