Job Description

Serve as the first point of contract for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring, a welcoming and professional environment. Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing calls, handling correspondence, and scheduling appointments. Coordinate with facility management for office maintenance, repairs, and procurement of office supplies. Maintain and update office inventory records, ensuring adequate stock of supplies. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing. Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Support HR or management teams in onboarding new employees and organizing company events. Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within designated timeframes. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the reception area and other common areas. Prepare and submit basic reports, as requested by management. Primary responsibility will be managing the travel desk. Requirements Skills, Experience and Qualification Required Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft office suit (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Strong organizational and Multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. A positive attitude and a professional attitude.
