Front Desk Receptionists Executive

As a member of our team at a Lucknow-based group of companies operating across multiple industries, including Banking and Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Information Technology, and FMCG, you will be an integral part of our organization with over 3,000 employees. You must be willing to adhere to our working hours from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm and reside in proximity to our office in Alambagh, Lucknow. **Key Responsibilities:** - Greet clients, visitors, and staff professionally and courteously, ensuring efficient check-ins. - Manage a multi-line phone system to answer and redirect calls promptly and professionally. - Handle mail and deliveries by sorting, distributing, and scheduling courier pickups as required. - Maintain a clean and organized reception area that mirrors our commitment to high standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Ability to communicate effectively in English. - Proficiency in MS Excel. **Additional Company Details:** We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs.12,000 to Rs.15,000 per month, with room for negotiation. Our benefits include Provident Fund, and you will be working full-time on a permanent basis, either as a fresher or with prior experience.
