Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist Location: Wadala East (Truck Terminal), Mumbai Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Summary: We are seeking a polite, professional, and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to manage our front office operations in Vile Parle, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role and possess strong communication and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as required Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages Provide administrative support to other departments as needed Ensure a positive experience for clients and guests Requirements: Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role Education: Minimum qualification – HSC (12th Pass).
