Job Description

To manage front-desk operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning while creating a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and clients.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, organisational ability, and effective communication while coordinating with internal teams and supporting daily office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, route inquiries, and provide accurate information to clients and team members.
  • Manage office files, folders, documentation, and maintain inventory of stationery and administrative supplies.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients for appointments, follow-ups, and general queries.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth functioning of reception and office operations.
  • Maintain orderliness of the reception area and manage basic office logistics.


Looking For:

  • Any graduate with 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome).
  • Strong communication, customer-service orientation, and professional presentation.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
