Role Overview
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and visitors. The role involves handling inquiries, managing check-ins and check-outs (for hotels), maintaining records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for all guests.

Required Skills & Qualifications
For hotels: Knowledge of PMS software (Opera/IDS/eZee/Cloudbeds) is a plus.
