Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support across the organization. The Receptionist will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) Requirements and Skills: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities Customer service attitude High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
