Roles and Responsibilities: Manage front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Receptionist will be the first point of contact. Duties will include offering administrative support across the organisation, greeting and welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing the company's general email inbox. Responsibilities: Greet members and guests upon arrival and assist them as necessary. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff.. Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Assist visitors and staff when needed. Resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management. Requirements: Any field Graduation. Previous customer service or front desk experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
