Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist(Female) to join our team. This role will involve greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and assisting with various administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Front Desk Operations:
  • Greet members and guests, assist with inquiries, and provide information about gym services.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage online booking systems for classes and appointments.
  • Assist members with membership registration, billing inquiries, and account management.
  • Manage class schedules and coordinate booking and cancellations for personal training sessions, classes, and events.
  • Handle new member sign-ups, membership renewals, and cancellations.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain and update member records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Process payments for memberships, classes, and products.
  • Keep track of inventory for gym equipment, merchandise, and supplies.
  • Assist in payroll processing for staff and personal trainers.
  • Support the team in organizing promotional events, classes, and fitness challenges.
  • Facility Management:
  • Monitor the cleanliness and upkeep of the gym facilities and ensure everything is well-stocked and maintained.
  • Assist in scheduling routine maintenance and repairs for equipment.
  • Marketing and Social Media:
  • Support in creating and distributing marketing materials (flyers, newsletters, social media posts).
  • Manage social media accounts and ensure that they reflect the gym’s offerings and promotions.
  • Help with community outreach and partnerships to attract new members.
  • Other Duties:
  • Assist in organizing special events such as fitness challenges, workshops, and promotional events.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Support the team with various ad-hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the fitness or health industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with gym management software (e.g., MindBody, Zen Planner) is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Passion for health, wellness, and fitness is a plus!

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time
  • Office-based position with some occasional interaction with gym floor staff.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
