About Us

Dr. Runwal’s Hridayam Heart Care Centre is a dedicated cardiac clinic focused on providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Our team works to ensure every patient receives timely support, clarity, and comfort throughout their treatment journey. We are looking for a warm, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Manage front-desk operations including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.
• Maintain appointment calendars for doctors and coordinate patient flow to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle patient registration, verify documents, and maintain accurate records.
• Support billing, payment collection, and basic administrative tasks.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information as per clinic protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; diploma or graduation preferred.
• Prior experience as a receptionist is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi,Marathi
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities..
• Pleasant personality, patience, and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
