Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage front desk operations to ensure a seamless client experience. • Handle client interactions, membership queries, and trial conversions in a professional manner. • Coordinate and manage trainer schedules, client appointments, and daily studio activities. • Monitor studio occupancy, revenue, and sales performance on a regular basis. • Demonstrate effective negotiation and communication skills when interacting with clients and external partners. • Maintain a courteous and patient approach in handling client concerns and requests. • Ensure adherence to studio operational standards and protocols.  Candidate Requirements: • Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (B. Com graduates preferred). • Gender: Female candidates only. • Required Skills and Competencies: o Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written). o Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. o Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel. o Patience, professionalism, and client-handling ability. o Organizational and multitasking capabilities.
