🟢 Job Title: Front Desk Manager – Ayurvedic Clinic

📍 Locations: Lajpat Nagar (Delhi) | Dwarka (Delhi) | Gurgaon (Haryana)

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

💼 Experience Required: 2–5 years in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality front office management


  • 🔷 About The Role

    We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Managers to manage the reception area of our premium Ayurvedic Clinics. You will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.


  • ✅ Key Responsibilities

    Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

    Manage appointment scheduling, patient registrations, and follow-up reminders.

    Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.

    Coordinate with Ayurvedic doctors and therapists for seamless patient care.

    Maintain front office operations including cash handling, billing, and daily reporting.

    Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and waiting areas.

    Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the clinic manager when necessary.

    Supervise and train junior front desk staff (if applicable).


  • 📌 Desired Candidate Profile

    Graduate in any discipline (preferably Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or Administration).

    2–5 years of experience as Front Desk Manager/Receptionist in a clinic, hospital, spa, or wellness center.

    Excellent Communication Skills In English And Hindi.

    Proficiency in MS Office and basic clinic management software.

    Pleasing personality with strong customer service orientation.

    Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
