Roles and Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for guests. Handle guest complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of hotel transactions, including room assignments, guest information, and billing. Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared for occupancy. Supervise receptionist activities, providing guidance on customer service standards. Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in hospitality industry (front office management). Excellent communication skills with ability to handle diverse clientele. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Proficiency in general office management, record maintenance, negotiation, guest relationship management.
