Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Executive to join our team at The Art Of Living Human Resource. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including preparing documents and reports.
Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, with confidentiality and discretion.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees and management.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
