We are looking for a friendly and well-organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The role includes managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering calls, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to the office team.


Key Responsibilities:


Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner


Answer, screen, and forward phone calls


Maintain visitor logs and coordinate appointments


Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services


Support basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry


Ensure the reception area is neat, presentable, and well-maintained


Requirements:


Fresher to 1 year experience (preferred)


Good communication and interpersonal skills


Presentable and customer-service oriented


Basic knowledge of MS Office


Positive attitude and ability to multitask
