Orbit Serviced Apartments is a premium, high-end serviced apartment building in Khar West, Mumbai. We cater exclusively to business and leisure travelers seeking hotel-standard hospitality in the comfort of serviced apartments.

Job Description:
We are hiring a Front Office Associate with prior hotel/hospitality experience to manage guest interactions and front office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage check-in and check-out using hotel standards and procedures.
• Handle reservations through OTAs (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.) and direct bookings.
• Answer guest calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Handle guest billing, payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver a 5-star guest experience from arrival to departure.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or serviced apartments (Front Office/Guest Relations).
• Familiarity with OTA extranets & PMS.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Presentable, service-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Location: Khar West, Mumbai
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
