Front Desk Executive

We are seeking a smart and professional Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact at JLPL’s Corporate Office. The ideal candidate shall have a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and a service-oriented approach.

Age Group : 30-35 Years

Work Experience : 5-6 years

Salary : 30,000 - 40,000 Rs / Month

Education Background : Minimum Qualification Graduation , English and Punjabi Language proficiency is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.

Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.

Manage front desk operations including handling incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintaining visitor records.

Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.

Keep the reception area neat, presentable, and well-organized.

Schedule and manage appointments and meeting rooms.

Handle basic administrative duties like filing, data entry, and courier management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Presentable appearance with a customer-oriented attitude.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
