Front Desk Executive

We are seeking a poised, professional, and customer-centric Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to serve as the face of our organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring smooth daily operations at our front office. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a polished demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a hospitality environment.

• Extend a warm and courteous welcome to all clients, visitors, and guests.
• Manage front desk operations efficiently, ensuring the reception area remains organized, well-presented, and fully equipped with necessary materials.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, manage walk-ins, and oversee daily attendance records of staff.
• Support day-to-day branch activities and ensure timely coordination of meetings and appointments.
• Maintain organized filing systems, records, and essential documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business associates, contributing to a welcoming and service-driven environment.
• Manage general administrative duties and contribute to creating a positive office culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹30,034.00 per month
