Key Responsibilities: 1. Meeting and greeting clients. 2. Booking meetings. 3. Arranging couriers related to Admin. 4. Keeping the reception area tidy. 5. Answering and forwarding phone calls. 6. Sorting and distributing post related to Courier Correspondence related to Admin. 7. Creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets 8. Recording meeting minutes and dictations related to Front Office Management. 9. Filing and record-keeping. 10. Keeping track of administration and operations; All incoming calls are answered and forwarded to the appropriate department. Key Qualifications: Education: Any Graduate required.
