🏫 About Us: The First Chord is a reputed music & arts school in Banaswadi–Subbanapalya, Bangalore. We’re a growing, dynamic, and joyful place for kids and adults to learn music, and we’re now hiring someone to be the warm and efficient face of our front desk. 📋 Job Responsibilities: Greet and assist students, parents, and walk-ins Maintain attendance and student records Coordinate with music teachers for batch scheduling Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries Take casual photos/videos during classes for social media (no editing needed) Light follow-up on leads or class reschedules 🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Friday Off ⏱️ Approx. 42 hours/week (Standard full-time) 💰 Salary: ₹12,000/month during 3-month probation After successful probation, up to ₹15,000/month based on performance & consistency Bonus/incentives for excellent performance & contribution to school growth ✅ Who Should Apply: Female candidates preferred Fluent in English & Kannada (bonus if you speak Hindi) Polite, punctual, responsible & enjoys working with kids Basic phone/computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, etc.) ⚡ Why Join Us?
