Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Student & Visitor Handling: Attend to students' queries via in-person, WhatsApp, phone, and email. LMS Management: Upload video lectures, notes & other study material on the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure content availability. Certificate Issuance: Provide course completion certificates to students upon program completion. Classroom Management: Maintain and update classroom schedules, ensuring smooth coordination of training sessions. Virtual Class Management: Create and manage Zoom meetings for new batches and notify students. Attendance Tracking: Mark and maintain attendance records of all students in each batch. Follow-ups & Communication: Conduct follow-up calls with visitors and prospective students for admissions. Fee Collection & Reminders: Send fee reminders, collect fees, and maintain proper records. Lead Entry & Tracking: Maintain a daily log of leads through calls, walk-ins, and other inquiries. Documentation & Data Management: Ensure all visitor leads fill out an inquiry form and update records accordingly. HR & Admin Support: Assist in HR and administrative activities related to training operations.
