Job Description

Role & responsibilities Hands on experience with preventive and corrective actions of the OSD / Liquid Line both processing & packaging eqpts such as Wet Granulation Line, Compression M/c , Encapsulation m/c , sachet filling , Pillow , blister , strip and bottle packing line machines . Indepth knowledge in instrumentations, controls and PLC related logic wrt alarms and interlocks. As a document controller in the maintaining and updating all the GMP related documents wrt engg dept. Calibration related requirements and archiving the records as per the calibration schedule wrt all the instruments related to the utilities, process and packaging machines such as RTD Sensor, vaccum/ pressure / magnehelic / compound gauge etc Must be able to follow the GA drawing / Electrical SLD Drwg / Pneumatic and electrical wiring drawing etc . Good knowledge on the HVAC system with exposure to the regulatory requirements wrt the facility design . qualification of the system. Planning and execution of periodic revalidation / requalification of areas / equipments as per the SOP requirements . Practical experience in handling change controls / deviation MIS report preparation wrt the energy savings , cost vis a vis schedule for any project , WBS analysis with division . Project management exposure is preferred Good exposure to all the standards relevant to the pharma / nutra industry . Must know basic of AutoCad & Microsoft Project software or atleast one of them . Good at MS office and communication skills . Work effectively with team and management to create a professional and positive work environment Strong analytical bent of mind with problem solving skills Demonstrate a strong quality and service focus Must be able to work individually and in a team-based environment Must be able to comply with GMP, Food Safety and Personal safety norms. Ability to work additional hours if needed
