Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry & Listing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate book information on our website and e-commerce platforms. This role is crucial in ensuring that customers have a smooth and informative shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter book details such as title, author, publisher, ISBN, condition, category, weight, and dimensions in our system

Create and update product listings on UsedBookR.com and other marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

Ensure all listings have proper pricing, images, and stock availability

Perform quality checks to avoid duplication, errors, or missing information

Coordinate with the inventory and packaging team to ensure consistency in listings

Regularly update book conditions (e.g., Good, Very Good, Almost New) and prices based on company guidelines

Maintain records of daily data entry and uploads in Excel or Google Sheets

Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of books, authors, and genres is preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good data entry skills

Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central is a plus

Ability to follow guidelines and meet deadlines

Strong organizational and communication skills

Working Hours:

Full-time (Monday to Saturday) – 9 AM - 6 PM

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
