Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Perform receiving inspections (Visual) on incoming raw materials and packing materials as per defined specifications. 2. Perform monitoring of key process inputs and process variables & communicate to the shop floor for process adjustments, as may be required to the appropriate production personal and work with them. 3. Perform in-process inspections (Visual & dimensional) on the product being produced &/or packed in the prescribed packing materials as per defined specifications. 4. Handle various equipment's like Viscometer, Densimeter, Refractometer and 5. Conduct periodical calibration of all the measuring and quality equipments 6. Rejects nonconforming materials & components by segregating, labelling and quarantining the lots. Communicate & report the nonconformities to the supervisor. 7. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures. 8. Candidate should learn and follow GLP. 9.
