Fresher Process Executive (NON VOICE)- Commercial Lending Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) Budget: ₹2.3 Lakhs per annum About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Executive to join our Commercial Lending team. This role is ideal for freshers with a non-technical academic background who possess strong communication skills in English and are eager to build a career in financial services. Qualifications and Skills Required: Education: Graduate (Any non-technical stream preferred). Experience: Fresher Communication Skills: Decent verbal and written communication in English. Skills: Basic understanding of financial concepts (training will be provided). Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to work in night shifts to align with US business hours. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹230,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
